THe hotel won Marriott's coveted "Opening of the Year Award” in 2012 and received Silver LEED Certified Status after an extensive $30 million renovation. The hotel is well-located at the four-way interchange at I-88 and Naperville Road and the best in class physical product and market leader in the submarket. The Marriot features 424 guest rooms, 25,000 sf of meeting space, three food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
