Overview

Planning to open in March 2023, this 130-key TownePlace Suites is part of our Florida Hotel Development Fund and is located in Fort Meyer/Estero, FL. The hotel is located on the primary north/south artery of I-75 and Alico Road. The hotel and the development that it sits in have a high level of visibility from I-75.

The development is on the northwest corner of I-75 and Alico Road and consists of 34.2 acres designed for multi-use purposes. In addition to the hotel, the development will include retail, restaurants, businesses and an upscale apartment complex.

The hotel is located 5.6 miles and less than a 10-minute drive from Southwest Florida International Airport. Directly on the opposite side of I-75 is the Gulf Coast Town Center, a large 110 store outdoor shopping and restaurant center. In addition there are several new headquarters and business being built directly north of the hotel site.

Florida Gulf Coast University, with a 15,000+ student enrollment is 3.4 miles from the hotel site, the Gulf Coast Medical Center, a 624-bed facility, is 6.5 miles away from the site, and CenturyLink Sports Complex and JetBlue Park at Fenway South (They are the spring training sites for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox) are both only 6 miles away from the site.
