Florida Gulf Coast University, with a 15,000+ student enrollment is 3.4 miles from the hotel site, the Gulf Coast Medical Center, a 624-bed facility, is 6.5 miles away from the site, and CenturyLink Sports Complex and JetBlue Park at Fenway South (They are the spring training sites for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox) are both only 6 miles away from the site.
