Overview

Built in 2009 adjacent to an existing independent senior living facility, this 144 unit assisted living facility also has an enhanced care and a secured memory care program. Located off RT. 422 in Douglasville, PA in Berks County, this facility is centrally located along the growing 422 corridor between King of Prussia and Reading. We successfully exited out investment in this facility in 2017, realizing substantial returns after 9 years of ownership.
