Keystone Villa at Fleetwood

Overview

Built in 2011 this 123 unit retirement community offers senior living options for both independent living and personal care all in one 3-story building. This was the second facility opened under the Keystone Villa brand in Berks County. It was the first of their facilities to combine both Independent and Assisted Living units in the same building. We successfully exited out investment in this facility in 2017, realizing substantial returns after 7 years of ownership.
