Triple BAR Group, along with J.C. BAR Properties, Triple Crown Corporation, and Weathervane Capital Partners acquired Ridgeview Plaza, a 168,306 SF grocery-anchored retail shopping center, in the Summer of 2021. The center is centrally located in Hanover, MD, just off the Baltimore-Washington Expressway, on Annapolis Road. Ridegeview Plaza is co-anchored by Food Lion, Big Lots, and Planet Fitness.
