Triple BAR Group, along with J.C. BAR Properties, Triple Crown Corporation, and Weathervane Capital Partners acquired York Marketplace in the Winter of 2020. It is a 304,974 SF grocery-anchored retail shopping center centrally located in York, PA at a signalized intersection along East Market Street (32,866 cars per day). The center is co-anchored by Giant Foods, Lowe's, Crunch Fitness, PA Fine Wine & Good Spirits, and Red Lobster.
